  5. If necessary, adjust the data (increase product availability, change usage parameters) and repeat the calculation.

What are "Grocery Sets"?

This section in the app is designed for convenient management of your supplies and meal planning. "Grocery Sets" are groups of products from which meals are formed. For example, you can create:

  • Fridge contents set — to account for only available products.
  • Picnic set — if you need to plan food outdoors.
  • Hotel buffet set — if you want to pre-calculate portions while traveling.
  • Sports nutrition — to control intake of proteins and carbohydrates.

The number of grocery sets is unlimited — create as many as you need!

Why might it be difficult to assemble a diet plan?
